Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 01, 2026

Welcome to Elite Technology Group. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CURRENT TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATORS LLC DBA Elite Technology Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”), formerly operating as Current Technology Integrators / Current Technology Services. They govern your access to and use of our website, https://elitetechnologygroup.net (the “Site”), and related low-voltage technology services, including consultation, design, proposals, structured cabling, networking, CCTV and surveillance, access control, security systems, audio/video, automation, installation, programming, troubleshooting, maintenance, and related project work for residential and commercial clients (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Site, requesting a proposal, authorizing work, purchasing equipment or Services, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you breach any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access or use the Site or Services automatically terminates.

Eligibility
The Site and Services are intended for users who are:

At least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) if entering a contract for Services

Authorized to act for the property owner, tenant, or business on whose behalf Services are requested

Residing or operating in the United States

By using the Site or Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you have authority to grant access to the premises and systems involved in any project.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, proposals, system designs, documentation, and software—is owned by Elite Technology Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site, Services, or content

Use our trademarks (e.g., “Elite Technology Group,” “Elite,” or related brand names such as Boat Works or Garage Design as used on our Site) or logos without prior written permission

Use the Site or Services for any purpose other than as explicitly permitted in these Terms

Project drawings, programming, and as-built documentation provided as part of a paid engagement remain subject to the applicable proposal or contract. Manufacturer software, firmware, and branded equipment remain the property of those manufacturers.

Use of Services
By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to:

Use the Site for lawful inquiry, proposal review, and communication related to low-voltage technology projects

Provide accurate information about the property, existing systems, access, and project requirements

Follow reasonable site rules, safety instructions, and access procedures while our team is on site

Refrain from interfering with installation work, equipment, networks, or other occupants

Our Services may include third-party products, cloud platforms, cameras, access hardware, networking gear, control software, payment processors, and manufacturer apps. We are not responsible for those third parties’ content, uptime, pricing changes, firmware, or availability except as stated in a signed proposal or warranty.

User Conduct
You agree not to:

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code via the Site

Interfere with other users’ use of the Site

Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, client systems, or our systems

Harass, exploit, or harm others, including collecting personal information without consent

Use the Site to solicit competing work in a deceptive way, scrape content, or misrepresent your identity or authority

Request or use Services for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access to another person’s property or systems, or any purpose that violates applicable law

Accounts and Communications
If you create an account, submit a contact form, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use of any login we issue or of any suspected security issue involving systems we installed.

Quotes, proposals, and project communications may be sent by phone, email, or other channels you provide. You authorize us to contact you about your inquiry and related Services.

Quotes, Payment, and Projects
Some Services require payment (e.g., design, equipment, installation, service calls, maintenance). By providing payment information or accepting a proposal, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as stated in the proposal, invoice, or contract

Authorize us or our third-party processor to charge your payment method

Understand that deposits, custom-ordered equipment, and completed labor are non-refundable except as stated in the applicable proposal or as required by law

Written proposals control project scope, price, schedule assumptions, and change-order rules. Website descriptions are general and do not replace a signed proposal. Equipment is typically subject to manufacturer warranties; labor and workmanship terms, if any, are set out in the project documents—not in these website Terms.

You are responsible for providing timely site access, power, existing infrastructure information, and decisions needed to keep the project moving. Delays, hidden conditions, existing defective work by others, and owner-requested changes may affect cost and schedule.

On-Site Work, Risk, and Limitation of Liability
Low-voltage installation and service work involves inherent risks, including work at heights, in attics or crawl spaces, around existing electrical and structural conditions, and interaction with client networks and security systems.

You represent that you have authority to permit work at the premises and that you have disclosed known hazards, restricted areas, and critical systems. We do not provide legal, life-safety engineering, or licensed high-voltage electrical services unless separately agreed and permitted.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elite Technology Group, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the Site or Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or security incidents caused by third-party hardware, software, internet service, or systems we did not install or maintain—except for liability that Florida law does not allow us to limit (including certain personal injury caused by our own negligence, where applicable).

Our total liability related to any project will not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, unless a signed contract states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

Client Responsibilities for Systems After Handoff
After installation or service, you are responsible for passwords, user access, internet service, power, physical security of equipment, software updates you control, and following manufacturer instructions. Remote monitoring, cloud storage, and mobile apps may require separate accounts and subscriptions with third parties.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Technology Group, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, your lack of authority to authorize work, or your infringement of others’ rights.

Changes to the Site or Services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue portions of the Site or Services at any time without notice.

Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to decline or stop Services for any lawful reason, including violations of these Terms, nonpayment, unsafe site conditions, or lack of authority to proceed, at our sole discretion.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.

Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance.
